Hallo, I was trying to find a comfortable way to sync saves between my PC and android version of IWDEE, because plying on PC at home is more comfortable (my android device has only 4.5 inch screen) Finally I have found BitTorent sync beta. and it seems to work perfectly. Configuration can be done in few clicks and I haven't faced any issues so far. I suppose, it will also work for BGEE sync.
