This enhanced edition is pretty sweet but it doesn't feel too 'enhanced' when you lose functionality from the original game. The most critical loss I've noticed is the absence of most spell keybinds, which make playing any casting class excruciatingly frustrating, especially in BGII.
If anyone doesn't know what it's like to play BG2 with a full set of keybinds, you should try it. At the very least it's great for buffing your mages through Stoneskin > Spirit Armor > Mirror Image > Blur > Resist Fear > Fireshield by hitting Z, X, C, V, B, N.
Many keybinds were added in patch 1.2, but many crucial spells are missing from almost every level. This goes for both BG1 & BG2.
I've also included almost all innate spells like kai, defensive stance, and lay on hands. These were not bindable in BG1/2 but it would be incredible if they could be in Enhanced Edition. Imagine playing a Bounty Hunter with "Set Special Snare" bound to the "R" key.
