Anyone find a use for Dings, Mechanical Bird, ect?

I've been playing primarily with the new party members up until this point, but they keep handing me completely random items with no actual efffects. My inventory OCD is going crazy.

Can I safely store:

Dings (the cat)
Dragomirs respite (I just reload if anyone dies, I dont even know what it does)
Mechanical bird
Lamp of oil (from the tomb quest, you never use it though)
Gold statue (same deal, tomb)
Piece of silk (tomb)
Journal of fadell ironeye (I think i looted this in the tomb too)
Iron rod

I don't want to miss out on some kind of party interaction based on these, but i dont want to keep wandering around with them either. Any idea what any of these are worth?
