My last post was about how easy Sarevok's battle could be with simple not-cheesy tactics , such as buffing up the party and dispelling the right enemies.
Now I'd like to comment about Durlag's tower , where I went soon after . My party had about 90.000 xp each, and we were Abjurer, Khalid, Kivan, Jaheira, Imoen and Viconia.
This time I could finish Durlag's Tower WITHOUT RESTING.
The trick? Well, by using all my wands and potions. Most players end the game either selling or not using all the items they've got. This time I tried to use everything, every single strength potion, every single charge from wand of cold/heavens/fire ....
And even though it was the unmoded version od Durlag's , clearing up the whole dungeon without resting was actually fun and challenging.
