Neera hasnt talked to me in a long time, even though she likes me. Is this normal?

So far I have been trying really hard to make Neera like me because, if I am not mistaken she is the only romantic interest in the first game. Everything was going well, and it was pretty clear she liked me, but she hasnt talked to me in quite some time. What makes me think it might not be normal is

A) This game is certainly not bug-free
B) She died while fighting the Wizards at Adoys encave, and so I never spoke to her there about him.

The only real reason this is bothering me, is, I only took her over Edwin (My favorite character in the series) because she had romantic interaction, but if she isnt gonna talk to me that would suck.
