Baeloth is a bit overkill

I'm a level 5 party and justed booted Neera to get Baeloth. He's a little overpowered though. I've never played as a Sorcerer and to my knowledge there are no other NPC ones in the game.

Can all Sorcerers cast so many spells at such a low level?
