Will ToB be integrated into SoA?

In the original game, ToB was an expansion which essentially could be treated as a separate game in that you finished SoA then uploaded your save in ToB. Furthermore, ToB could be played by starting a new game from the beginning of ToB.

I was therefore wondering will there be integration of ToB into SoA in BG2 EE so that there will be one continuous adventure or will they still continue to be separate games?

What are adventurer's opinions on the matter?
