Use any item in BGEE ?

I was snooping through Shadowkeeper and was unable to find use any item in the innate abilities. I looked around in bg II and its resource code is spcl915 which isn't in BGEE . I guess use any item isn't in BGEE? I wanted to make a bow using cleric without having to mod a bunch of ammo and bows
