So what is the set of items you(CHARNAME) like to wear the most? It doesn't need to be the most powerful equipment, just your personal choice. You will probably have at least a few different combinations(like I do) but write down only one of them(that means no 'or') Here is one of mine(use the same template):

Main hand weapon - Angurvadal + 5
Shield/Off-hand weapon - Spectral Brand +5
Quick items(3) - Deck of Many Things, Black Spider Figurine, Juggernaut Golem Manual
Ring - Ring of Gaxx
Ring - Ring of Protection +3
Cloak - Cloak of the Sewers
Boots - Boots of Speed
Belt - Belt of Inertial Barrier
