I'm lost and need guidance, brave adventurers!

Hail and well met brave warriors!

While exploring the vast city of Baldur's Gate, I entered the Iron Throne and proceeded to work upward to the fifth floor. It is here, I encountered a vast array of hostiles! (the false Emissary Tar, Aasim, Alai, Diyab, Naaman, Zhalimar Cloudwulfe and Gardush).

What a battle! Magic sparkled, arrows flew, swords were swung and blood was spilled.

After this battle, I found three notes.

1. Letter from Sarevok.
2. Letter from Tuth.
3. Letter from Sarevok.

When I exited the Iron Throne, a member of the Flaming Fist name Caedmon approached the battled and bruised party, and said Duke Eltan wanted to speak with me over at the Flaming Fist Headquarters.

So ... I went to the Flaming Fist Headquarters for the first time and spoke with this Duke Eltan.

Duke Eltan then asked me to investigate the Iron Throne ... which I just came from, but explored a second time to make sure I didn't miss anything, and ...

... I return to the Flaming Fist Headquarters since there's nothing else to investigate at the Iron Throne, and Duke Eltan is no where to be found - or he's behind these two double doors that can't be selected to open - and I'm at a loss as to what to do or where to go.

This is my journal for Investigating the Iron Throne
[spoiler]We have agreed to go on a mission for Duke Eltan. We are to infiltrate the Iron Throne headquarters here in Baldur's gate.

It seems the Iron Throne is negotiating a treaty with the city's Grand Dukes. Is this simple treaty the key to ending all the unrest of the past season, or is it just another link in the long chain of motivations? Will money satisfy the Throne's greed, or is there something more behind it all? I have so many questions. While I feel close to finding answers, I somehow doubt that they will be quite as fulfilling as I hope...

Husam says that the leaders of the Iron Throne are Brunos, Thaldorn, and Rieltar.
-----
Husam told us that we can find him at the Elfsong Tavern. Though he is a blubbering drunk, he seems to know a great deal.
-----
Sarevok, son of one of the Iron Throne's leaders, has become increasingly popular in Baldur's Gate.
-----
When we threatened Thaldorn, he told us that Rieltar and Brunos, his business partners, are at Candlekeep.
-----
The Iron Throne tower is apparently no place for the faint of heart. A very distraught merchant by the name of Triadore nearly bowled me over on his reckless charge for the exit. Luckily I was able to lure him into a frantic (and expensive) conversation. According to his hurried testimony, the tower's fifth floor is home to a small fanatical sect of some sort, acolytes of someone name Sarevok. It is becoming more and more apparent that there is more behind the Iron Throne than simple greed. Some secret agenda is afoot, and I must discover it.
