I'd researched this previously and all I've seen was healing options or cure light wound dispensers (aka clerics/Druids).
However, I've since noticed a nice +1 constitution shield sold in the friendly arm inn which (when combined with +1 con tome in the pirate cave) puts 20 con - and regeneration - within reach of all (non-elven) CHARNAME's.
With regen a quick rest or area transition is enough to cure most ailments which lets you save healing potions for when you really need them.
Now I just have to reroll my solo F/M/T to half-elf ...
