Like the extra HP but hate the Familiar?

Then have I got the solution for you!

1. Fill inventory completely.
2. Place your familiar in the first inventory slot, aka the top left!
3. Complete a quest that results in receiving an item.
4. This causes the Familiar to drop on the ground.
5. ???
6. PROFIT!!
