Hello everyone! I don't know if I'm bugged, or I've been too slow meeting this guy.
I did the first quest no problem. I got my reward, and was offered the second job. I was told to meet him at the Blades & Stars Inn/Tavern or some such. I found the place, but I can't find him. Can it be that I've waited too long, or does he hide somewhere I just haven't found yet? He's not at the thieves guild either.
