intelligent scripts (heal + remove poison)

Hi

Is there a way to force my character removing poison from each others using available Slow Poison spells?
Also, is there a way of making my Paladin automatically use his Cure Light Wounds and Lay On Hands on someone who is badly injured, and still keep his role as a defensive melee fighter?
