[Bug report] Familiar stuck in Poly form

I have the familiar of lawful evil mage. This particular familiar comes with Polymorph Self spell.

I put the imp in my bag while it was polymorphed as Orc. Now it seems to be pernamently stuck in that form. Putting it in bag again does not fix the issue, nor does resting. The polymorph sub menu is not available for the Orc either.

So now I have an orc in my bags. That assassin never knew what hit him.
